"OUTSTANDING!!! Through the years I have bought and sold many houses from many different realtors -- Stephen's expertise was over and above that which I have had before. Buying and selling real estate has many potholes, so having the right agent representing you is imperative. It's easy to show pretty houses, anyone can do it -- it's the details involved after you make that offer that matter. Stephen was on top of everything. This was particularly beneficial to me as I was buying from out of state for the first time in Alabama. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, Stephen is THE BEST. Don't miss out and go with anyone else."

"We were first time home buyers moving from Hawaii to the Dothan area. So we had a lot of questions and uncertainties about buying from afar. Stephen took so much of his time to explain the processes and everything that goes into buying a home to us. He was very flexible with his hours in regards to the time zone differences. Another thing that really impressed us is that we would receive a video walk through of the home every week showing the builders progress. It was exciting to receive that video every week. If you want answers, especially if you are a first time buyer, Stephen is the man! We closed on our brand new home with Stephen and his team on 17 June 2022."

"Wow! Stephen truly went above and beyond to help us sell our house from afar! The house needed a bunch of fixes because it was selling to a military buyer. The VA loan folks are tough on those inspections! Stephen helped us coordinate all of the fixes from a new roof to a sealed vapor barrier; literally top to bottom! He got us too dollar for the property which had been a long time rental for us and was in not-great shape. He even did things that we didn't think of, because we are living in a different state, such as taking care of the lawn. We have sold many houses and nobody ever even compared with Stephen. He certainly earned his percentage on this one! Thanks, Stephen!!"

"Stephen changed our lives. As a military family, moving is never a fun experience, and with the market as crazy as it has been, we were nervous when I got the call that we had only 3 months to move from Washington to Alabama. With Stephen’s help we were able to not just purchase a house, but we bought a beautiful home that we can’t wait to see our daughter grow in. He went out of his way to provide videos of homes since we were unable to house hunt before we moved. He communicated with the sellers on houses to ensure we were getting everything we needed, and made sure everything was all perfect and set up for us when we arrived after driving across the country. I will recommend Stephen to any person I meet looking into real estate, and hope to continue to work with him in the future!"
